If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

1. Email us at woof@margotandbear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. 
2. We’ll reply with return instructions & postage address 
3. Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue your refund or send your exchange.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Your Margot & Bear products are made for cool dogs! But even the coolest pups get a little muddy sometimes! Here's how to keep them looking fresh and fabulous:

• For small messes, a gentle wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap will do the trick.
• For a deeper clean, soak in lukewarm water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and let it air dry flat.
• Pop it in a laundry bag and wash on a gentle, cold cycle. No tumble drying, air dry only!
• No bleach, no fabric softener, and definitely no ironing - your harness prefers to stay soft and strong.

Great question! Our collars and harnesses may have slightly different sizing, so we always recommend checking the individual product pages and photo size guides carefully before placing your order.

Our harnesses are designed with plenty of adjustability to help you get the perfect fit, but it’s still important to measure your dog and compare it with the guide provided.
